Case study

In our firm, it was a central concern to improve the efficiency and consistency in client engagement. With Lawlift, we fundamentally changed our workflow and now create all required documents uniformly using Lawlift templates.

The past

The process of document creation was highly fragmented prior to Lawlift. Lawyers manually crafted each document based on various Word templates. The considerable effort meant that smaller mandates were not always fully documented. Additionally, the different offices used varying templates, leading to inconsistencies.

The new approach

Thanks to Lawlift, we can now generate all the necessary documents within a standardised template. Lawlift’s multi-document workflow enables us to generate the engagement letter and the documentation for the GWG audit, but optionally also associated powers of attorney, cancellation notices, releases from the duty of confidentiality and/or e-mail cover letters from a single template. The content is now identical in all offices and ensures complete and precise documentation in every case.

Impact

The use of Lawlift has led to a significant improvement in the quality and efficiency of our work. The ability to respond quickly to client assignments also strengthens our professional presence and the relationship with our clients.
