The Optio Group, based in London, integrated Lawlift into its existing systems to automate document generation. Using our own data platform “Hx” (hyperexponential), we connected Lawlift’s publication APIs and now produce insurance documents with a single click.
The past
Before Lawlift, creating documents was a manual, time-intensive, and error-prone process. Relying on a legacy in-house system meant slow turnaround times and limited scalability.
The new approach
By adopting Lawlift, Optio Group automated its entire document creation process. The integration now allows us to generate initial drafts of various documents in a fraction of the time.
With Lawlift, we automatically generate key insurance documents, including:
- Policy Schedule: a summary of Professional Indemnity insurance details.
- MB Policy Schedule: a document detailing Management Liability insurance.
- KR Policy Schedule: details of a Kidnap & Ransom insurance policy.
- KR Insured Schedule: a list of insured parties or assets under a Kidnap & Ransom policy.
- Optio WI – NBI (Non-Binding Indication): a preliminary, non-binding warranty insurance coverage indication.
- Quote Sheets: Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Kidnap & Ransom, Private Insurance, and Subcontractor Default Insurance quotes.
- Endorsements & Invoices: adjustments during policy terms, billing documents, and more.
This solution handles over 6,000 documents a year and connects to our other tools through Power Automate and additional APIs.
